Bio

Since 1986, Tom Kregel has dedicated his career to the development of relational database systems and the advancement of sound data practices. His professional work spans requirements analysis, data modeling, data access, batch processing, GUI design and development, release version management, system testing, and production support. This breadth of experience reflects both his technical mastery and his adaptability across evolving technology landscapes.

Tom’s passion extends beyond technical execution to include setting design and performance standards that ensure quality and consistency in enterprise systems. He has a gift for on-boarding and mentoring, helping countless professionals develop their skills and grow into effective practitioners of data management.
