Why So Many Open Positions?

Like many volunteer-led organizations, DAMA-MN is going through a period of exciting transformation. Several long-serving leaders recently completed their terms, and we’re actively recruiting passionate professionals to help shape the future of our community.

As part of this transition, we’ve introduced new & refreshed leadership roles & titles, clarified our voting structure, and modernized our membership model to better align with how people engage today. These changes are designed to improve transparency, encourage broader participation, and ensure continuity of leadership.

If you’ve ever wanted to make a difference in the world of data - or help evolve a thriving professional community - now is the perfect time to get involved - Check out the open positions below - we’d love to hear from you!
