Transparency & Public Filings

Transparency Statement

At DAMA-MN, we believe that transparency builds trust. As a nonprofit business league organized under section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code, we are required to make certain documents publicly available, including our IRS determination letter and annual filings.

In prior years, DAMA-MN lost its federal nonprofit status because required IRS Form 990 filings were not submitted. In 2025, we successfully reinstated our exemption and put governance practices in place to ensure we remain in good standing going forward. This page provides access to our key governing documents and public filings. We will update it annually as new reports become available, beginning with the 2025 tax year.
