This Month's Topic:

Change is constant — but leading it well is anything but easy. In this session, author and change management expert, Aakriti Agrawal, shares how to navigate the emotional, cultural and behavioral shifts that come with change. Drawing from her book “Data Governance Change Management” and her ANCHOR model framework, Aakriti reveals practical techniques to reduce fear, build trust, and foster sustainable change. Whether you’re leading a data governance initiative, a new process rollout, or a culture shift, you’ll leave with actionable tools to help your people not just survive change — but thrive through it.

Key Learning Objectives:

    • Explain the ANCHOR model and its core principles for leading successful, people-centered change.
    • Identify six of the most common pitfalls that derail change efforts – and recognize early warning signs in their own organizations.
    • Apply practical strategies from the ANCHOR model to build trust, reduce resistance, and sustain momentum during transformation.

Meetings are typically held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month
